Refund Policy
This policy covers how an accepted return or a billing correction is settled against your account.
How refunds are settled
Trade accounts run on a ledger. An accepted return or billing correction is normally settled as a credit against that ledger, which reduces the outstanding balance rather than moving money separately.
Timing
Cancelled orders
An order cancelled before dispatch releases the stock reserved against it. Where an invoice has already been raised, it is cancelled and the ledger adjusted accordingly.
Seeing a credit
Credits and adjustments appear on the ledger and outstanding views in your account, with the transaction that created them.
