These terms describe how accounts, ordering, pricing and billing work on this platform.

Accounts

Trade accounts are reviewed before they are approved. Approval is at the business's discretion, and an account may be suspended where details cannot be verified.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

Pricing and rate tiers

Prices shown depend on the rate tier assigned to your account. Rates are exclusive of taxes unless the page states otherwise, and are subject to change.

Where a price is displayed in error, the business may decline or cancel an affected order rather than fulfil it at the incorrect rate.

Orders

An order placed on the platform is an offer to buy. Stock is reserved against the order, and the order is subject to confirmation and, where configured, approval before dispatch.

Availability is shown from live stock records, but quantities can change between browsing and confirmation.

Billing

Orders are billed either as a GST tax invoice with an HSN summary, or as a bill of supply where GST does not apply, depending on the products and the account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access accounts, records or pricing that do not belong to you.
Do not scrape, resell or republish catalogue or pricing data from this platform.
Do not use the platform to place orders you do not intend to take delivery of.

Liability and governing law

To be confirmed by Ocean Ventures. Limitation of liability, warranty terms, dispute resolution and governing jurisdiction need to be drafted and confirmed by Ocean Ventures with legal advice. They are deliberately not stated here.
