Shipping Policy

This policy describes how orders move from confirmation to delivery, and what you can see at each stage.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched once confirmed and, where required, approved. Stock is reserved against the order at the point it is placed.

Delivery coverage

To be confirmed by Ocean Ventures. Serviceable areas, delivery partners and any locations that cannot be served need to be confirmed by Ocean Ventures.

Delivery charges and minimums

A minimum order value may apply to an account; where one is configured it is shown during checkout.

To be confirmed by Ocean Ventures. Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds and any freight terms need to be confirmed by Ocean Ventures.

Tracking

Order status is visible in the account area from booking through to delivery, and the order tracking page can be used to look up an order.

Receiving a delivery

Check goods against the invoice on receipt. Shortages or damage should be raised promptly so they can be reconciled against the dispatch record.

To be confirmed by Ocean Ventures. The window for reporting shortages or transit damage needs to be confirmed by Ocean Ventures.
